United Management Group s.r.o. respects the privacy of all individuals with whom we come into contact, regardless of whether we process personal data ourselves or by third parties. It is important to us that everyone understands what personal data we process about you, why we do it, and what your rights are.

These Privacy Policy outline how we process your personal data, such as in the employment relationship, in providing services and selling products, in concluding a contractual relationship, or pursuing legitimate interests.

We may process personal data about you in various ways and in different situations depending on whether you are a client, supplier, job applicant, or employee. We may also process personal data about visitors to our websites, depending on how you decide to communicate with us or what services you decide to use. Regardless of the situation, we promise that we will never sell, commercialize or use your personal data in violation of applicable data protection laws.

  4. you object to the processing of personal data, and my legitimate interest in the specific case does not outweigh your interest;

  5. it is required by EU law or Slovak law.

  • Right to restriction of processing - you can ask me to restrict the processing of your personal data if any of the following situations occur:

  • Right to data portability - if I process your personal data based on your consent or because it is necessary for the performance of a contract to which you are a party, and it is processed by automated means, you have the right to receive the personal data concerning you in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, and have the right to transmit those data to another controller without hindrance from me, provided that the exercise of this right shall not adversely affect the rights and freedoms of others.

  • Right to withdraw consent - if the processing of your personal data is based on consent, you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data for the purpose for which you gave consent at any time.

  • Right to object - you may at any time object to the processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes based on our legitimate interest, and whenever your personal data is processed based on legitimate interest or public interest, including profiling.www.uoou.sk.

Right to lodge a complaint - you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27.

You can exercise your rights orally, in writing, or electronically through the above-mentioned contact details. However, I may require you to provide proof of your identity when exercising your rights.
